If there is one thing that is potentially worth seeing at COD, if not for the HoDW, that would be the Dragon Treasure show, which is a 15 minute multi-media program show projected onto the wall and ceiling. There is a casino there and some restaurants but nothing you can't find elsewhere. There is a Hard Rock Cafe which is an ok place for American restaurant food. The Shoppes at Cotai Sands, Four Seasons and the Canals at Venetian provide far better shopping experiences in the nearby area. If you want to do some shopping, we're not huge fans of COD. I think it really depends on what you are wanting to do/see? >Is City of Dreams worth visiting even if I will not watch House of Dancing Water?<<<<
